| Learn, progress, have fun... |
We know your time on snow is precious, so we work hard to ensure you get the most from your ski lessons. We have a full team of qualified British Instructors who are selected for their experience and people skills and they will help you to progress, whatever your level. Included in the holiday is two hours free instruction over five days and a video analysis session, which is an excellent teaching aid. Private lessons are also available and there is an optional 'Race Day' event at the end of the week.
Building Confidence First time on skis - then prepare to be amazed by what you can achieve in just one week. Our beginner and novice groups are given priority morning lessons slots and groups are kept small so that you can learn the basics correctly and progress quickly without faults developing.
Enjoy the whole mountain Feel as if you're in a rut with your skiing and can't progress to the next level? Turned off by off-piste, icy conditions or powder snow? Many intermediate level skiers reach a plateau and need a fresh approach. We can help you to love skiing the whole mountain - in all conditions.
Moving up to higher levels It's clear where you want to go....faster, steeper, deeper and bumpier ! We offer advanced training programmes for higher end skiers, some of whom hold, or are training for instructors qualifications. In the 2008/09 season Simon Butler Skiing will be running tailored performance training weeks. Please ask our office for details.
The young ones Children learn the basics in ski classes with their own dedicated instructor and can work towards gaining recognised Snowsports awards. We do welcome first-time children from the age of four years. However, we ask parents and guardians to meet a number of set requirements before we can accept any four or five-year-old skier into ski school. From experience, this significantly contributes to our younger skiers enjoying their lessons and getting the most from them. our office will provide further information at the time of booking.
